Service Bidding Manager - Huawei - Lisbon


Job description: Managing one or several bidding projects to provide project operation bidding support to marketing and sales. Be charge of all service bidding activities such as proposal compiling, tenders responding, clarification meeting, service capability presentation, subcontractors searching and authentication, commercial negotiation, project implementation interface confirmation, and implementation and maintenance resources preparation and organization. Focus on pre-sales support via operation. Responsibilities: Responsible for marketing satisfaction in pre-sales phase. Responsible for responding the service part in tenders released by Customers. Responsible for project P/L analysis in pre-sales phase. Responsible for bidding documentation optimization. Responsible for finding suitable service partner to support pre-sales bidding. Desired Skills & Experience Qualifications: University degree in telecommunication or electrical/electronic engineering or business school. Good knowledge of at least one or more of the following product and solutions: Wireless solution including CDMA, UMTS; Broadband network and IPTN network including NGN, ATM/IP DSLAM, and DATA; Optical Network including SDH, WDM; Intelligent network including SCP,SMP,SDP,SSP. At least 2 years of service bidding experiences with the incumbents inEurope. Priority in also having experience of turn-key project bidding support including network planning, site acquisition, civil work design & building. Soft skills: Achievement Driven, Forward Thinking, Information Sharing, Effective Communicator, People Networking Fluency in English
