Scheduling Coordinators at Cisco Systems

Job Description

As an integral part of the recruiting process, and to aid in the efficiencies of the Talent Acquisition team, the Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for front end hiring process tasks to include:

• Interview Scheduling of both internal and external candidates
• Candidate Tracking (applications and feedback links) within Cisco’s Applicant Tracking System (Virtual Edge)
• Talent Connection (internal interview process) meeting scheduling
• Scheduling and arranging candidate travel (if necessary)
• Processing of candidate expenses
Skills

Experience/Skills required:

• Must be detail oriented, possess exceptional organizational and follow through skills, have the ability to multi-task, and manage the demands of simultaneous processes while still operating with a sense of urgency and thoroughness
• Must be capable of managing multiple work priorities effectively, in order to meet tight deadlines is a must
• Must have previous experience working in an administrative or coordination role within an HR/Recruitment environment
• Since this role may be exposed to sensitive information, the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is a must
• Must have the ability to work as part of a team, and provide flexible and efficient service
• Expertise with MS-Outlook and appointment scheduling required
• A high attention to detail is a must
• Proven experience providing interview scheduling support in a fast-paced environment is required
• Must have strong verbal/written communication, as well as, computer skills
• Must speak fluent English as well as one other European Language such as Portuguese, Spanish, German or French

The Scheduling Coordinator will need to be focused on providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally while representing Cisco as an “Employer of Choice” to all hiring managers and new hires.
